School Year Registration

ASC registration is now more convenient! You may download the required forms from this page. You may also submit tuition payment here. (Monitary transactions are secure through PayPal. To learn more about PayPal, click here.) Initial registration and payments must be done in person, but subsequent monthly payments can be made online from work or home. Online form submission will be available in the future.

New Child Registration:

New registrations must be done in person to ensure availability and correct gathering of information. You can visit the office any weekday from 1:00 - 6:00 pm or call for a more convenient time.

Returning Children:

1. If you would like to submit your tuition payment online, see Tuition section below.
2. To submit a payment, enter respective payment amount for the number of days your child will be attending each week in the payment box below.

Required Forms

Click on each form's name. A small pop-up will let you choose to Open or Save the document. You can then save each form to your computer to print, fill out, and submit.

Tuition

Other than a handful of students who receive childcare vouchers from the state or small annual fundraisers, our program is entirely financed by the parents of the children enrolled. The monthly rates for the 2010-2011 school year are as follows:

1 day per week - $130 2 days per week - $250 3 days per week - $310 4 days per week - $370 5 days per week - $430 We offer a 20% discount for siblings.

Enter Tuition Amount Fees and Payment Policy Registration Fee One time registration fee: $35 Sibling Discount If you would like to enroll more than one of your children, we offer a 15% discount. Late Pick-up Fee The ASC classrooms and office close promptly at 6pm. Please arrive before this time. If you have paperwork (tuition renewal/registration, etc.), please allow time for this before 6pm. If you can not avoid being late, please call as soon as possible. The fee for pick-up after 6pm is $1 per minute. Medical Expense Parents are advised to carry adequate Health Insurance for their child. It is understood that the ASC is not liable for medical expenses incurred by children due to accident or illness.
